Summer, Summer, Oh How I Love Thee!

As I write this I am thinking back on the last month...SO many things have happened!!! School ended, packed my classroom, went on Vacation with my girls, My girls (and Tex) left:-(, I had a garage sale and sold most of my stuff, Lady(my other dog) went to her new home, I packed the rest of my house and moved it into storage, I moved into my nanny job for the summer and it has not stopped yet! Time flies when your having fun...well actually, times seems to fly faster and faster these days, even when I'm not having fun! But, through this busy time, I can not help but continually think and begin to PR about my new adventures. I seem to lay awake at night and think of all the things I need to do before I leave. Then I dream about getting to China and not having any of the things I need...lol this seems to be my reoccurring nightmare:-( Then I wake up and thank the Lord I am still here and still have time to pack.

I am continually reminded by my savior about the amazing blessings He has given me. This new Journey has been such a growing time for me. I am relying on Him and trying to focus on all He has brought me through. I am also humbled by my insufficiency to be able to carry out the task ahead. I have been meditating on the vs. in PS. that says to keep a watch on your mouth and be careful about what flows from my lips(my paraphrase:-)) I know this is something I want to always think about. PRing before I speak and being sensitive before I open my mouth in certain situations. I must decrees...He must increase!!! Just my thoughts...and my PRs.

On a different topic...I have been enjoying talking to my girls since they arrived home. They are so sweet to continue to write me and Skype when they can:-) Sometimes at strange times, but we are communicating and it is glorious:-) I miss them soooo much! Being their "MOM" for a year was one of the most amazing things the He has ever led me to do! I am forever changed because of them:-) I will get to see Isabella for a few weeks when I get to China!!!! She might even meet me at the airport...I told her those Chinese people aren't going to know what to do when I run up to her and start hugging her! My Southern Girl excitement might get the best of me :-) I can't wait:-)

I have been spending a few days traveling to see some friends and my grandma...today I helped her as she purchased a Nook:-) We have had our first lesson....1. How to email me:-) It is so cute to see her try so hard to learn how to email and work this device! She is doing a great job. She told me this was a wonderful day for her, and she knows she will be able to learn and communicate with me when I'm overseas. She is a precious woman and such a blessing to me.

Well, that is all for now...Happy 4th of July...I Can't believe it is less than a week away:-0
